WRAS Approved Brass Solenoid Valve - Normally Closed

A WRAS approved, normally closed 2-way solenoid valve featuring a brass body with EPDM seals designed for drinking/potable water. The valve is available in the following port sizes: 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, 1 1/4”, 1 1/2”, and 2”. Thread standard ISO 228/1. This valve requires a minimal pressure differential across the valve of 0.5 Bar and is rated up to a maximum 16 Bar.

The valve has a working pressure range of 0.5 - 16 Bar, an ambient temperature range of -10°C to +50°C, and a maximum medium temperature of +120 °C for the EPDM seals. Always remember to verify the compatibility of fluid internal components with materials in contact.

The coil is rated IP 65 and has a 100% duty cycle. Supplied with a cable plug. This product has been examined, tested and found, when correctly installed, to comply with the requirements of the United Kingdom Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations and Scottish Water Bylaws. A valid certificate and approval number can be obtained upon request. WRAS Certificate is available.
