Cast Iron Knife Gate Valve ANSI 150 Double Acting Pneumatic Actuator

Our Cast Iron Knife Gate Valve ANSI 150 Double Acting Pneumatic Actuator is suitable to fit between ANSI 150 or AGRI Standard Square Flanges; designed for biogas, agricultural and slurry applications. A uni-directional, pneumatically actuated knife gate valve with Cast Iron body, NBR seats and a Stainless Steel fully enclosed blade for safety.

Supplied with Stainless Steel screws and tie-rod ends to prevent corrosion the valve also benefits from a robust protective coating, completely isolating the moving parts of the disc.

The design of the body and seat ensures non-clogging and allows the valve to be installed in any position.

Features an open / closed position indicator fitted as standard.

Key features:

• Available with Cast Iron body and NBR seats, in sizes: 6" and 8".
• Temperature range: -20°C (without water) up to 90°C.
• Pressure rating: 10 Bar 6" and 8 Bar 8".
• Operates on a minimum pilot pressure of 5.5 to 8 Bar.
• Can be fitted with position sensors and/or switches.

Complies with directive 97|23|CE (PED).
