Economy PN16 Lugged PTFE Disc & Lined Butterfly Valve

An economy lugged and tapped wafer pattern butterfly valve featuring an epoxy coated ductile iron body, PTFE coated CF8M stainless steel disc, and PTFE liner. Available in sizes 2” (DN50), 2 ½” (DN65), 3” (DN80), 4” (DN100), 5” (DN125), 6” (DN150), 8” (DN200), 10” (DN250), and 12” (DN300). 

The body is lugged and tapped to mount between PN16 flanges. Manual operation with a lockable, notched lever, which includes fine adjustment of the lever allowing the disc to be opened between 0° to 90° in sizes 2” to 5”, and gearbox operation in sizes 6” to 12”. The valve has a working temperature range from -20°C to +180°C, and maximum working pressure of 16 bar. Designed to EN 593, inspection and test to EN 12266-1, end standard EN 1092-2, and face-to-face EN 558-1.
