Pneumatic Actuated 2 Piece Stainless Steel Ball Valve

Our Pneumatic Actuated Screwed 2 Way Stainless Steel Ball Valve is a non-maintainable two piece, full bore ball valve for general purpose, industrial and chemical applications; water treatment, chemical, slightly corrosive and semi aggressive fluids. A reliable pneumatically actuated valve with Stainless Steel body and PTFE seat.

Actuation is either Single or Double acting with a range of configurable options including limit switches, solenoid valves and positioners.

In addition, our pneumatic quarter turn rack and pinion actuator is sized with a 30% safety factor built-in, requiring a pilot pressure of 5.5 Bar and benefits from a Namur interface for both pilot solenoid valve and switchbox.

Key features:

• Available in BSP or NPT, sizes: 1/2" to 3" (BSP) and 1/4" to 2" (NPT).
• Pressure range: 1000 PSI
• Temperature range: -20°C to 180°C.
• Features a blow-out proof stem.
