VOLT Actuated Knife Gate Valve

VOLT Pneumatic, double acting, Actuated Knife Gate Valve for on / off operation in Cast Iron or Stainless Steel. Suitable for general industrial service applications. With EPDM or Metal Seat, PN10 flanges and sizes 2" to 12".

Uni-directional, pneumatically actuated knife gate valve featuring a full circular bore resulting in high flow capacities and low pressure drops.

Features an extruded aluminium cylinder, powered by air (minimum 5.5 Bar) and operated via a solenoid valve.

The design of the body and seat ensures non-clogging isolation on suspended solids in industries including: pulp and paper, bulk handling, mining, food, beverage, chemical, power and waste water treatment.

  • Available in Wafer Pattern, Cast Iron (GG25) or Stainless Steel (CF8M)
  • Sizes: 2" to 12"
  • Seats: EPDM or Metal Seat
  • Temperature range: Up to 120°C (EPDM seats) and up to 200°C (Metal Seats)
  • Pressure rating: 10 Bar 2" to 10", 6 Bar 12"
  • Cylinder operating pressure: 5.5 to 8 Bar
  • Standard flange connection: EN1092 PN19
  • Optional shrouds for added safety
  • Manual version available
